A 3 Keys Healing session is a visual meditation that contains 3 symbols called ‘Keys’ set to video with ASMR voice instructions. 

Each session takes about 11 minutes. To begin a session, make sure you are free of distractions. Wear noise-cancelling headphones or ear buds as necessary. Watch the screen and meditate on each Key for 3 minutes until all 3 are complete. If you look away or get interrupted for a few seconds, just continue where you left off. If it’s longer, just start again with the Key you’re currently on.

Each Key performs a specific task:
