"Wow! I chose the Rejection set of Keys to work on. When the 1st Key came on the screen, I didn't have a specific ‘word’ for the trauma that came up, it was more of a feeling. The light danced around the key very timidly, a bit afraid and seemingly asking for permission to be seen. Intuitively, I verbally gave consent to be seen, to come to the surface so it could be released… that it was safe to do so. At that point the light came fully to the peak of the Key. I loved that the 1st Key’s image containing the trauma sat silently visible within the 2nd Key, patiently waiting for purification prior to release.

The Release! The chord-cutting within the 3rd Key left me with a feeling of Peace and Contentment.
