If you ordered a Soul Signature, the usual turnaround time is 2-3 weeks to complete. It will be shipped for free within Canada and the Continental U.S. International orders will be shipped at carrier rates calculated during checkout.

Canadian orders will be shipped for free via Canada Post Regular Parcel service and be received within 4-9 business days. If you need it sooner, you may choose expedited delivery for a fee.

Continental U.S. orders will be shipped for free via Expedited Parcel service and be received within 3-8 business days.

International orders will be shipped at carrier rates calculated during checkout. Most orders will be received within 10-15 business days after painting is complete.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases. 

Are there other Shipping Restrictions?

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

Orders only ship on business days which are Monday - Friday.

What Happens if My Order is Delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Did you receive it damaged?

If the artwork in the package was damaged, send a picture of the damage (including artwork and package) to support@divinart.studio. We will assess the situation and get back to you within 48 hrs.
