RETURN POLICY - 3 KEYS VISIONARY ART SUBSCRIPTION

We do not offer refunds for 3 Keys Visionary Art Subscriptions. You may cancel your 3 Keys Visionary Art subscription at anytime. Click on the 👤 icon in the top right navigation to login to your account. You will see a link to your membership. When you open your membership page, you will see your subscription, just scroll to the bottom to cancel it. Your subscription will automatically cancel when the term ends. If you have a monthly subscription, your term will end at the end of the month unless renewed. For yearly or annual subscriptions, your term will end 12 months from your subscription date unless renewed.

What is your return policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at support@divinart.studio within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
Do you offer refunds
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at support@divinart.studio with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges.

Did you receive it damaged?
If the artwork in the package was damaged, send a picture of the damage (including artwork and package) to support@divinart.studio. We will assess the situation and get back to you within 48 hrs.
