BEFORE YOU BEGIN

This 3 Keys healing session will take approximately 10 min. Watch the screen and follow the guided instructions. Use noise-canceling headphones if you’re in a noisy area. If you look away or get interrupted for a few seconds, just continue where you left off. If it’s longer, just start again with the Key you’re currently on. You can turn up your volume and increase the video size (button on bottom right of video screen) if you prefer.

AFTER A HEALING SESSION

After the session, take a moment to relax and reflect. You may desire to write down your experience which brings it into consciousness.

A 3 Keys healing session will feel unique for everyone. Some typical responses include feeling 'lighter' (less emotionally burdened), happier, more joyful, peaceful and/or blissful. The Keys work automagically to tear down energetic ‘walls’ built up over time, one layer at a time, like peeling an onion. Deep or complex issues or blocks may require more than one healing session or a combination of Keys. Always follow your intuition when selecting Keys.
