Approach
The journey begins with a strategically placed quiz pop-up triggered on key pages. Once engaged, users complete a short interactive assessment designed to surface their current emotional patterns and needs. Upon completion, they receive an email containing their personalized results and recommended set of Keys.
From there, the flow directs them to a tailored results page where they can review their recommended Keys, understand why they were selected, and move directly into a streamlined shopping cart experience. The structure intentionally stages the journey: engage → personalize → validate → purchase.
Each step reinforces value before asking for commitment, reducing hesitation and increasing perceived relevance.
Impact
The flow created a cohesive bridge between content and commerce — increasing quiz completion rates, strengthening email capture, and improving conversion from recommendation to checkout. It now serves as the core acquisition and personalization engine within the 3 Keys funnel.
