Leading product and platform evolution across web, mobile, and advisor channels
Challenge
The investment ecosystem served multiple audiences — retail investors, high-net-worth clients, and advisors — each with distinct needs. Platforms needed to support complex financial products, evolving compliance standards, and aggressive product launch timelines, while improving usability and engagement.
Approach
I defined the digital product strategy and roadmap across client-facing and advisor tools, owning major initiatives including the Private Wealth portal redesign and a responsive Advisor Tool designed to strengthen engagement and sales enablement. I led digital launch strategy for key investment products such as RetirementPlus, Globe Funds, and Private Investment Pools, aligning marketing, product, and digital delivery within budgets up to $800K. Managing agency partners end-to-end, I oversaw insights gathering, UX strategy, testing, and prototyping—ensuring experiences were scalable, compliant, and grounded in research.
Impact
The initiatives modernized core investment platforms, strengthened advisor enablement, improved client engagement pathways, and established a more cohesive digital strategy across Manulife’s investment properties.
